Los Angeles Lakers backup center Jordan Hill has been charged with felony assault for allegedly chocking a member of his family on February 29, according to TMZ.
Hill was charged in Houston, where he was living as a member of the Rockets prior to being traded to the Lakers as part of the Derek Fisher deal earlier this season.
The 24-year-old center played a big role in the Lakers win over the Denver Nuggets Sunday, posting 10 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 blocks off the bench.
