English soccer has been around for a long time, but the Premier League is only in its 20th season. And some believe today's match between cross-town rivals Manchester City and Manchester United was the biggest in league history.
With 650 million people watching on television around the world, the Manchester Derby had more than just bragging rights on the line. With just three matches remaining in the season, Manchester United was holding just a three-point lead.
But in the end, Manchester City held on to a 1-0 lead. And having swept the season series with United, now have a commanding lead in their quest for just their third league cup.
