Former NFL quarterback and first round draft bust Ryan Leaf pleaded guilty to one count of felony burglary and another count of drug possession Tuesday, according to the AP.
Leaf was arrested twice in March and April for allegedly breaking into homes and stealing prescription painkillers in his hometown of Great Falls, Montana.
The plea agreement recommends Leaf spend nine months in a drug rehabilitation program followed by a five-year suspension sentence.
Leaf also faces similar charges in Texas after a judge revoked his probation and an arrest warrant was issued, labeling Leaf a "fugitive from justice."
