Rebecca Adlington is a two-time Olympic swimming gold medalist hailing from Great Britain.
The incredibly talented swimmer is giving up Twitter during the Olympics this summer because people are tweeting nasty comments to her about her looks, according to AOL Sporting News.
Adlington said "even if you get 10 nice comments, you get one idiot. I've now given up."
She's not going to check Twitter or tweet during the games because she doesn't want the added stress.
