Michael Phelps and his longtime, former Miss California girlfriend, Nicole Johnson, broke up, according to the New York Post.
Johnson and Phelps have been dating on and off for a few years, and the beauty queen has been seen at some of the swimmer 's meets.
Sources tell the Post Phelps is telling people he is single, and the couple broke up a couple of weeks ago.
