With the Track & Field portion of the Olympics now at full speed, one of the cooler aspects of NBC's coverage has been the super slo-mo view of the runners approaching the finish line.
The view gives the viewers an amazing perspective on the faces of the runners that are pushing their bodies to the brink of exhaustion.
Whether it is just the emotional responses or just the contortions of traveling at high speed, the close-up views of the runners have been mesmerizing.
