Major League Baseball will be bringing back the MLB Fan Cave for the 2012 season, but with a twist. This past season, the Fan Cave had two fans watch more than 2,400 games, as well as interact with fans and numerous players and celebrities that stopped by. However, next year, the Fan Cave will start with a group of fans, in which some will be eliminated during the season in a "Survivor"-like format.
Well, one fan that is applying for a spot in the Fan Cave reached out to two players for an endorsement. And they happily obliged.
At a recent charity event hosted by Rays manager Joe Maddon, Stephanie Katz approached David Price and James Shields about filming a short video, knowing the pair had previously been involved with the Fan Cave. Shields and Price had stopped by the Fan Cave during the 2011 season, and even filmed a humorous little video during their visit.
