Several New York Knicks players are having trouble sleeping after games, according to Newsday.
The problem: They're so hopped up on their own awesomeness that they can't calm down and get some shut eye.
To solve the issue, the Knicks consulted a sleep doctor. Here's what the good doctor advised:
"The Knicks were told to drink warm milk or herbal tea or count sheep or even change to firmer mattresses."
They were also given "relaxation CDs" (Bon Iver, we're guessing).
