Under the NBA's previous Collective Bargaining Agreement, ratified in 2005, team values were largely stagnant. But now that there is labor peace and a new CBA, several teams saw large jumps in team values, led by the Lakers, who jumped 40% and now have a large lead over last year's most valuable franchise, the New York Knicks.
In all, six teams saw a jump in value of more than 10%, while only three teams dropped in value more than 5%. You can see the full list at Forbes.com.
