North Carolina met rival North Carolina State in the semifinals of today's ACC Tournament. It was a close game throughout. But at the end, almost all of the breaks (and calls) went for the Tar Heels in their 69-67 win.
But if we take a closer look, the Wolfpack may have reason to be upset.

On the game-winning basket, UNC may have gotten away with a charge
Earlier in the second half, the officials, on this nearly identical play, called a charge on NC State. It appeared to be a good call (NC State player initiates contact).
With NC State going for the tie, UNC steals the ball. Did UNC step out of bounds on the steal?
