Ryan Lochte has become the heartthrob of the Olympics for some reason we can't figure out. Usually when he talks about women, the world collectively cringes, but he may have slightly redeemed himself when he told a reporter that when he's in a relationship, he wants to give the girl his "whole heart." Aw.
Just seconds after that semi-heartwarming statement though, he had to go and say this (in regards to the Olympics giving out condoms): "Yeah they want us to use protection, and, I guess that's a good thing."
