Rumors have been floating that Michael Phelps and model Megan Rossee, and now, it's confirmed.
Celebuzz confirmed the rumors after getting in touch with Rossee's father today. Rossee's father Wayne said:
“Yes, it’s true. I haven’t met him yet. I will soon.”
