Former baseball star Jose Canseco has some very lofty aspirations for 2013.
The former baseball star and occasional conservative commentator tweeted out his "top 10" New Years resolutions Tuesday night — a list that includes running for office in the U.S. (or Canada), launching two companies as well as an "anti-aging" drink, and fighting Shaq in an cage match.
